     Braised Pork Chops in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
6 - 4 oz boneless pork chops
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 c beef broth
1 Tbsp BBQ sauce
1/3 c evaporated skim milk
1/3 c nonfat sour cream
3 Tbsp flour
 

Instructions
Sprinkle pork chops with salt & pepper. Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over med-high heat until hot. Add pork chops. Cover and cook 4-6 minutes; turn once.
In small bowl mix 1/2 c broth & BBQ sauce. Pour over pork chops, cover tightly, reduce heat to med-low, simmer 5-10 minutes (until no longer pink). Remove pork chops from skillet.
In same small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 c broth, milk, sour cream & flour. Beat until smooth. Pour into skillet; cook and stir over med heat 2-3 mins until bubbly & thickened.
Serving Suggestions
Good with sweet potatoes.
