preheat oven to 400. chop artichoke hearts in a food
processor. add 2 C parmesan, mayo, garlic, lemon
zest, and cayenne; puree until smooth. season with
salt and pepper. place in shallow baking dish and
sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan.
bake dip until golden on top and heated through.
