1 pint ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded mozorella
3/4 c grated Parmesean
2 eggs
1 tsp dried parsley
salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
1 jar spaghetti sauce
5 1/2 oz manicotti pasta

Cook manicotti in boiling water till done. Drain and rinse with cold water Preheat oven to 350 In large bowl, combine ricotta, mozerella and 1/2 c Parmesean, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour 1/2 sauce in 11 x 17 in baking dish. Fill each manicotti shell with 3 tbsp cheese mixture and arrange over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining Parmesean cheese. Bake 45 min. or until bubbly.
