Cook manicotti in boiling water till done. Drain
and rinse with cold water
Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl, combine ricotta, mozerella and 1/2
c Parmesean, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix
Pour 1/2 sauce in 11 x 17 in baking dish.
Fill each manicotti shell with 3 tbsp cheese
mixture and arrange over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with
remaining Parmesean cheese.
Bake 45 min. or until bubbly.
