Line muffin tins with foil cups. Place a vanilla
wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and
sugar until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 325 for 25 min.
Remove from pan when cool. Chill.
Top with fruit, preserves or chocolate curls.
