     Great American Potato Salad

Ingredients
3/4 cup Mayo
1 tsp grey poupon yellow mustard
6 cups cubed cooked potatoes (abt 1 1/2 lb)
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
Instructions
Mix salad dressing and mustard in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
