Combine first 5 ingredients. Make a hole in the center. Add eggs, milk and oil. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingrediants. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 weeks. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
