     Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/8 c water lukewarm
3 c white flour
2 T dry milk powder
3 1/2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
3 T butter
2 tsp yeast if using fast rise
3 tsp yeast if using active dry
 
Filling-
1/4 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T cinnamon
1/2 c rasins
1/3 c walnuts

Instructions
Turn out dough onto a floured surface. Roll into a 10 by 12 rectangle. Spread melted butterover the dough Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the dough. Sprinkle on the rasins and the walnuts if using. Roll dough up lengthwise and seal edge by pinching dough together. Slice into 12 one inch thick slices. Place in a greased pan and let rise until double in size about 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min. May be iced but really don't need it.
