Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Chop potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces in length and width. Place the potatoes into ungreased 8x12 glass baking dish. Cut the stick of butter into 1/4 inch slices and place over the potatoes. Sprinkle the seasonings over the surface of the potatoes. Roast the potatoes 45-60 minutes turning them every 15 minutes.
