Bring to a boil butter, water, and cocoa. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, sour cream and soda. Pour onto a cookie sheet pan. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
For Icing-
Bring to boil butter cocoa, and milk. Remove from heat add sugar, vanilla and spread over cake.
