     Mel's Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
1 c choc chips
1/2 c half and half
1 c butter
2 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar
 
Instructions
Melt first 3 ingredients to mix and remove from heat. On an ice bath beat in powdered sugar for 10 mins (until shape holds).
