     Pistachio Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg Duncan Hines Buttery Cake Mix
1 Pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c Crisco oil (must be Crisco)
1 c sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Nut topping mixture-
4 tbsp brown sugar
 
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c chopped pecans

Instructions
Mix cake and pudding mixes add 4 eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla. Beat 4 min, batter will be thick. Sprinkle some of nut topping mixture in bottom of pan. Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and battered bundt pan, add more of the nut topping mixture. Add remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining nut topping mixture and press lightly. Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins. Cool in pan.
