     Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients
1 cup cooked, mashed sweet pottoes
1/3 cup melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk or half-and-half
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
 
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell
Instructions
Combine sweet potatoes with other ingredients. Mix well with electric mixer.
Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated 400-degree oven for about 30 minutes until golden and puffy and knife comes out clean.
