mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, 2 tbsp soft margarine and nuts. Set aside. Cream white sugar, rest of margarine and eggs. Stir in milk. Stir together remaining flour,
baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased 9 inch pan. Cover with 1/2 of struesle. Repeat. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. (usually takes longer)
