     Extra Easy German Sweet Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 package (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1 package jellow vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 package Bakers german sweet chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
 

Instructions
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes ro until cakes spring back lightly when pressed and pull away from sides of pans. Do not over bake. Cool in pans 15 minutes; remove and cool on racks. Fill with easy coconut pecan filling.
Filling- Blend 3/4 cup light corn syrup with 1 package butter pecan flavor instant pudding and pie filling. Gradually stir in 1 cup evaporated milk. Add 1 1/3 cups Bakers angel flake coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Chill 10 minutes.
