Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small mixing bowl; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture, blending well, stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until almost set.
