     Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
1 9inch deep dish pie shell
4 eggs beaten
1/2 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c sliced green onions
1 c shredded cheddar
1 c broccoli spears (I use frozen)
1/2 c milk
1/4 c grated parmesan
1/4 t salt
 
1/8 t pepper
garlic powder and Italian seasonings to taste

Instructions
Brush inside of pie shell with small amount of beaten eggs. Prick with fork. Bake 425 degrees for 5 or 6 minutes. Saute mushrooms and onions until soft and add to baked shell. Add broccoli that is partially cooked. Mix milk,seasonings,cheese and beaten eggs together. Add to pie shell. Bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
