Mixed the oatmeal with water until the consistency of elementary school paste. Let it set for about 1/2 hour and added just another splash of water. (spreadable consistency)
Spritzed 4 muffin cups with I can't believe it's not butter spray (just to avoid sticking) and divided the oatmeal into them.
Mix the shake and cream cheese until well blended. I added about a tablespoon of water to make it easier to stir. Divide over the top of oatmeal.
I stuck them in the freezer over-night so I could transport to work, but will just refrigerate next time. I think I'll also mix a bit of the shake into the oatmeal next time too.
