Melt buter in 12x8x2 pan. In bowl beat eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together and add eggs alternating with milk. Beat until smooth. Add cheese and spinach. stir well. Add butter and stir. Return to pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes and cut into squares.
