     Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
6 egg yolks
1 can Eagle condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
 

Instructions
All ingredients should be at room temperature Beat egg whites until stiff and add 4 T. sugar Set aside
Beat egg yolks with electric mixer until thick and light in color. With spoon mix egg yolks and condensed milk together. Slowly mix Key Lime Juice into egg and milk mixture. Place in baked pie shell and top with meringue. Bake in 300 degree oven until meringue is evenly brown. (About 30 minutes)
