Cook rich and chicken noodle soup mix accordng to directions on rice box, using 5 cups of water. In a frying pan, brown sausage. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in sausage drippings until tenter. Drain on paper towels.
Drain off any liquid left on rice; add sausage and veggies. Toss until well blended and serve.
