     Chicken Cordon Bleu in CP

Ingredients
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices Ham
1/4 c. Flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Oil
1/2 c. Water
 
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1 can Cream of chicken soup

Instructions
Butterfly chicken breasts (or simply cut into half). Then pound halved chicken breast to 1/8 inch thickness. Place ham and cheese (amount up to you) onto pounded breast, roll and secure with tooth pick.
Heat 1/4 cup oil in large skillet. Combine Flour, parm. cheese, pepper, and salt. Put on plate (easier to coat chicken with flat surface). Coat each piece of chicken and put into oil until brown and crisp on each side. Approximately 3-4 mins on each side. Then place in crockpot.
Combine all remaining ingred. Pour over chicken, cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
Serve with Rice or pasta of choice. Dont forget the veggie's!!
