2 lbs. round beef cut in cubes

2 onions, chopped
|

1/2 c, butter
|

2 Tbso, grated cheese

1 tsp. paprika
|

2 bln cubes

1/2 c. water

1/2 c, sour cream
|

Instructions |

Melt 1/2 c. butter & sautee chopped onions
|
|
|
|
Remove onions & sautee beef which has been lightly covered w/flour and salt and pepper until browned
|
|
|
|
Return onions to pan & add all the other ingredients.
|
|
|
|
Place in a greased casserole, cover & bake at 350 for 1 hr. 15 min.
