     Ham Chowder

Ingredients
10 bacon strips
1 cup diced carrots
1 1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cup cubed potatoes
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 cup cooked ham
1 small onion
3 Tbsp flour
3 cup water
 
1 can of corn
1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
Cook bacon. Drain. Cook onion and carrots in bacon drippings. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk and water. Bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes until thick. Add potatoes, corn, bouillon, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are done. Add cheese and ham. Stir in bacon.
