     Squash Casserole

Ingredients
4 or 5 squash
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
2 heaping tablespoon sour cream
1 egg
parmesan cheese
sleeve of crackers, crushed
 

Instructions
Cut and cook 4 or 5 squash in small amount of water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Mix in butter, salt, pepper, sour cream, egg, parmesan cheese, crackers. Stir. Pour into dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
