     Hearty Breakfast Egg Bake

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs bulk pork sausage
3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
2 cups shredded cheese
8 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom
3/4 cup evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Cook sausage; drain. Place in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with hash browns and cheese. In a bowl, whisk remaining ingredients, pour over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes till center is done. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
