     Dilled Pot Roast (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
3 to 3 1/2 pound chuck roast
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon venegar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Sprinkle all sides of meat with salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of the dill. Place in slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup water and vinegar. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or until tender. Place meat on platter and keep warm.
Turn control to high. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water and stir into meat drippings. Stir in remaining teaspoon dill. Cook on high about 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream.
Slice meat and serve with sauce.
