     Rum and Egg Nog

Ingredients
4 eggs, separated
1 can Eagle Brand
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 quart milk
Dash of nutmeg
500 ml (1 pint) of heavy cream
 

Instructions
Beat egg yolks, Eagle Brand and milks together. Add salt and vanilla. Beat egg whites and fold into milk mixture. Add rum and mix. Add nutmeg to top of mixture.
