175g - milk chocolate, chopped
|

110g - butter, cubed
|

3 - large eggs, seperated

Instructions |
|
|
Melt chocolate over a pan of barely simmering water. once
melted remove from heat.
|

Add the yolks one by one, stirring constantly.
|
|
|
Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Then gently fold into
the chocolate mix
|
|
|
Put in ramekins or small cups and refrigerate until ready.
|
