     Chicken-Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
2 c diced chicken (cooked)
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c chicken broth
3/4 c mayonaise
1/4 c sour cream
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c broccoli spears
2 egg whites
 
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
Combine chicken, onion, broth, mayo, sour cream, and mustard in a large bowl. Mix in cheese and broccoli.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into mixture.
Spoon into a small rectangular casserole dish and sprinkle almonds over the top.
Bake at 375 until golden and bubbling around the edges, approximately 30 minutes. Cool 5 mins prior to serving.
