|
cut carrots into one inch pieces. (i didnt even peel carrots!) throw in baking dish
|
|
|
|
cover carrots with chicken broth, until completely covered.
|
|
|
|
sprinkle in rosemary and thyme ( i used dried)
|
|
|
|
roast in oven on 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes. until tender. take out of oven and remove from broth!
