2.2 pound wheel of brie should be portioned into
eight wedges. Bake brie in a frying pan along with
a small handfull of almonds spread throughout the
pan to ensure they toast evenly. (takes about 8-10
minutes and should be cooked until it starts to
collapse). While brie is cooking, reuce in a pan
of coffee liqour for a couple of minutes. Do not
overcook or it will turn too syrupy or even into
candy.
