Ingredients
1qt. buttermilk
3qt chicken
Flour
Montreal Chicken Seasoning
 

Instructions
Chicken should be portioned into 1oz. slices and marinated in buttermilk. 7 pieces per order. You should always have on hand a 6at. of tenders and a aback up 6qt in basement. If not, thaw and marinate chicken. Dredge marinated chicken in chicken season flour and deep fry at 350 degrees for about five minutes. Always cut Thickest appearing piece in order to ensure they are cooked. Seasoned flour is one part Montreal Chicken Seasoning and 8 parts all purpose flour. Your should make sure you have at least a 6 qt container on hand at all times. Serve on a plate garnished with a leaf of lettuce and served with desired sauce. f buffalo sauce is requested, toss fingers in a fryng pan with buffalo sauce (2 parts hot sauce/1 part butter).
Serve with a few pieces of celery and blue cheese Dressing
Make it at home- Marinate chicken in the buttermilk. -put chicken seasoning in flour. -put chicken in flour. -deep fry for about 5 minutes. -Regular tenders should then be done. toss in desired sauce if you would like.
