     Steamed Pork Chops and Taters

Ingredients
Pork Chops
Taters
Butter
Seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper,
Aluminum Foil
Large Cake Pan
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 Peel your potateos. Then slice them, anyway you'd like. Lay them down in the bottom of the cake pan, don't grease. Just lay them across the pan, season them with the seasonings, Then spoon out butter onto the top of them. season your pork chops, place them onto the top of the taters and butter, then cover with aluminum foil.tightly so steam cannot escape while in oven. Place in oven. Let cook for an 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the last 15 minutes remove the aluminum foil so the pork chops can brown. Remove from the oven... cool and enjoy
