     Garlic Chive Baked Fries

Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 tsp. dried minced chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
 

Instructions
Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch julienned strips. Rinse well and pat dry. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chives, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on two 15 inch x 10 inch x 1 inch baking pans coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned, turning once.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a warm sandwich and caramel custard pie for dessert.
