     Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lb bag frozen hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan. To make a nice crunchy topping, crush 1/2 cup potatoe chips and sprinkle over potatoes. Continue baking for 1/2 hour or until lightly brown and bubbly.
