Prepare ground meat like meatloaf. Cover bottom of a casserole with the meat (2")
|

|
|
Cover meat with mixture of cream and whole kernel corn (and carrots)
|
|
|
|
Top with mashed potatoes (prepared instant is ok)
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for one hour.
