Prepare grill: Place grill rack no more than 4 inch from the heat source and coat with nonsick spray. Heat grill.
Using the dish your going to marinat in mix ingredients, including the lime, squeezing in the juice. Taste to see if mixture meets your approvel and if not add what you need to make it so. Place steak in mixture and turn once or twice and let set in sauce until grill gets hot.
Turn the steak one more time, then place on the grill; spoon any remaining sauce over it. Heat to desiered doneness.
