     Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin chops
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon chopped frest rosemary
 

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium high heat. Add pork and cook 4 minutes per side. Cook, turning pork occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, Mince and mash garlic together till it forms into a paste. Add salt, rosemary, Butter, oil, pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chops. Spoon pan drippings over chops
