     Shredded Mexican Beef Mix

Ingredients
5lbs of beef or pork roast
3 chopped onions
1 (4oz.) can of chopped green chiles
2 (7oz.) cans of green chile salsa
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 T Flour (3 T tapioca flour)
4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
 

Instructions
Put 5lbs of beef or pork roast in crock pot and roast 12 hours. Don't add anything to it. Shred beef and reserve cooking liquids.
Saute 3 chopped onions and 1 (4oz) can chopped green chiles with cooking spray for 1 minute. Add 2 (7oz) cans of green chile salsa, 1/4 teas of garlic powder, 4 T Flour, 4 t salt, 1 t ground cumin.
Reduce heat and cook 1 minute. Stir in to the meat and broth. Cook and stir 5 minutes until thickened. Cool. Store in freezer for 6 months.
