     SESAME CHICKEN

3 WHOLE BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
MARINADE
2 TBS. LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1 TBS. COOKING WINE OR DRY SHERRY
A FEW DROPS OF SESAME OIL
2 TBS. FLOUR AND CORNSTARCH
2 TBS. WATER
1/4 TSP. BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA
1 TSP. VEGETABLE OIL
 
SAUCE FOR SESAME CHICKEN
1/2 CUP WATER
1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
1/8 CUP VINEGAR
1/4 CUP CORNSTARCH
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TBS DARK SOY SAUCE AND SESAME OIL
1 CLOVE GARLIC
2 TBS. TOASTED SESAME SEEDS

Instructions
CUT CHICKEN INTO 1 INCH CUBES. MIX MARINADE INGREDIENTS AND MARINADE THE CHICKEN FOR 20 MINUTES
TO PREPARE THE SAUCE MIX TOGETHER ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS. POUR INTO A SMALL POT AND BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY. TURN DOWN THE HEAT AND KEEP WARM.
HEAT 2 OR 3 TBS. WOK OIL. COOK CHICKEN.
JUST BEFORE THE CHICKEN IS DONE COOKING BRING SAUCE TO A BOIL. PUT CHICKEN ON A PLATTER AND POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN. TOP WITH SESAME SEEDS.
