     MEXICAN CORNBREAD

1 8 OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
2 TO 3 JALAPENO PEPPERS DICED
1 CAN CREAM ED CORN
1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
2/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
2 EGGS
2 1/2 CUPS SELF RISING CORNMEAL
 

Instructions
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL.
BAKE IN PREHEATED SKILLET THAT HAS BEEN WELL GREASED WITH OIL PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES AND BAKE FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
