1. Prepare grill.
2. Coat both sides of flank steak onion, and asparagus with cooking spray. Place meat and vegetables on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes.
3. Combine vinegar and remaining 4 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
4. Slice onion rings and asparagus in half, and cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices. Add steak and vegetables to dressing; toss gently to coat.
