Cook eggs, sugar and butter in top of double boiler. Stir freqently and cool. Add crushed cookies and fold in marshmallows. Sprinkle coconut in the bottom of a lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Pack mixture into pan and sprinkle coconut over top. Regrigerate overnight. Cut into squares.
