In a small bowl mix all ingredient except Artichokes and Orzo
Set aside and let sit for 1 hour - this lets the flavor soak into
onions and garlic
Heat a large skillet on med height heat
When hot pour in the above mixture into hot pan.
Cook on high for about 7-10 mins, stirring constantly.
Now add the pound of orzo. Mix well.
Keep stirring the orzo for about 3 mins to let it toast a bit.
Poor in 1 cup of water and let it cook down until liquid is almost
