Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
50 grams butter
 
Instructions
in a microwave bowl whisk the eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest
add the butter and microwave on high for 8 minutes stirring every minute
pour into a sterilized jar and keep in refrigerator when cool
