     Coffee Cake

Ingredients
3/4 cup soft margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
8-ounces sour cream
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
 
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Combine flour and dry ingredients. Add slowly to batter.
For topping, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon.
Place batter in a greased 9x13 casserole. sprinkle topping on top. Cover and chill overnight. Next morning, uncover and bake 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
