     Orange Chutney

Ingredients
4 medium oranges, peel and pith removed, sectioned and seeded
1 medium red onion, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced 1/4 inch
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1 medium jalapeno or other small chili pepper, cored, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
 
1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
Salt and ground pepper to tasted

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a medium, non-reactive bowl. Store in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 4 days.
Serving Suggestions
Good with salmon, tuna or just bread and cheese.
