Preheat oven to 375. Brown meat in skillet, drain. In a separate bowl, mix potatoes, cream cheese, ½ cup cheese and garlic till blended.
Stir veggies and gravy into meat. Spoon veggie-meat mixture into 9 inch square baking dish.
Cover with potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 min or until heated thru.
When using instant potatoes omit milk, the cream cheese will make them fluffy.
