     Frozen Jello Punch

Category   Beverages
Sub Category   None
Servings   50 8-oz. cups
Preptime   1/2 hour

Ingredients
3 small packages jello (any flavor)
2 cups boiling water
4 cups sugar
2 large cans pineapple juice
1 cup real lemon juice
8 to 10 2-ltr bottles gingerale

Instructions
In a large container, mix the Jello, sugar, and boiling water together until Jello and sugar disolve. Add the pineapple juice and lemon juice. Add enough water to make 2 gallons liquid. Freeze in 1- or 2-quart containers or in a Jello molds. Remove from freezer about an hour before ready to serve. Place about 1/2 gallon of frozen punch mix into a punch bowl and add two 2-ltr bottles of gingerale. You won't need any ice with this recipe -- the frozen mixture chills the punch.
If you don't use all the frozen mixture you can refreeze it for a future date.
Serving Suggestions
Jello color determines the color of the punch.
