     Crispy cheddar chicken

Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
1 package ritz crackers
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 t pepper
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 t dried parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons sour cream
 
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into large chunks. crush ritz crackers. pour the milk, cheese, and crackers in three seperate dishes. toss salt and pepper in crackers. dip the chicken in the milk, then cheese, then crackers. you will have to press the cheese and crackers on, and some will fall out. greese pan and lay chicken in it. sprinkle with parsley flakes.
cover the pan in tin foil. bake at 400 for 35 minutes. remove the tin foil, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
in a medium size pan combine the soup, butter, and sour cream. head until hot. serve with chicken.
